During her time as a clerk, Jordan supported attorneys across a range of intellectual property matters, including patent litigation, trademark strategy, IP litigation, and portfolio management. She quickly became a valued member of the team, demonstrating a strong understanding of the unique challenges faced by innovators, creators, and rights holders.
